Return by Mail

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs from original order are not refunded. Return shipping charges are not refunded. Use the original packing to send back the product(s). Include a copy of original invoice slip. Note: Devine Shimmers will only accept returns from devineshimmers.com. Product purchased from retailers must be returned at the purchased location.

Return Refunds and Credits

Devine Shimmers will refund the full amount to your credit card, or a product exchange if received within 30 days of purchase and only if purchased directly from Devine Shimmers. If your order was processed using electronic check, Devine Shimmers will issue a company check as a refund. Gift recipients will receive store credit directly or a refund to purchasers credit card.

Give us up to 20 days to process a return and issue credit. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
